Data collected
When you write via the contact form, the following are recorded: your name, your email address, the subject and content of your message, and the work concerned, where applicable.
This data is used only to reply to you. It is processed on the basis of your request (pre-contractual measures) or the artist’s legitimate interest in replying to the messages received.
To protect the form against abuse, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address is also recorded each time a message is sent: it cannot be used to recover the address and is erased after 24 hours. This processing is based on the artist’s legitimate interest in protecting the mailbox.
Recipients and retention
Your messages are passed to Pierre Calogero and to no one else; they are neither published, sold nor transferred. The website’s host has technical access to them, as a processor.
Messages are kept for three years at most, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or object to its processing, by writing via the contact form.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
